How much space does a Juice Bar require?
Well, we once did a Juice Bar in 3 linear feet of counter space, with a small cart and an ice bucket. Because of the special limitations, we cut their menu down to just 4 Recipes and a few Add-Ins. When we say “customized solutions,” we can even work with a space that limited.
Where is the best location to place my Juice bar within my facility?
Ideally, the walkway between the locker rooms and the exit is the perfect place. Realistically, anywhere that is convenient for your customers is fine. We’ll use strategic marketing to drive them to your Juice bar wherever you put it.
Will I need to contact the Health Department?
Yes. It is recommended that you do this as early-on in the process as possible, especially if you are doing a new build-out.
Do I need to have a stand-alone Juice Bar or can I make it part of my Check-In Desk?
Ideally a stand-alone facility that is designed specifically for foodservice and adjunct to your front desk is the best scenario from a design, marketing and operations standpoint.
